All orders are shipped out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
In the event that you experience delay, non- delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have yet to receive it; you must contact the carrier.
We will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to submit a claim. Please Note: Claims can take anywhere between 30-45 days to complete.
Sirene Dior does not accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier, lost or stolen. We do not issue refunds nor credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
